NiMH Battery Pack and Charger is a pipe laser kit that includes the DG813 laser and various accessories to help you
with pipe laying and alignment tasks over the ground.
DG813 Pipe Laser:
Compact and powerful device that can project a red beam over a distance of up to 150 m (500 ft).
Grade range from -12% to +40% and is fully self-leveling over the entire range.
Has cross axis compensation, which means that the laser does not have to be level in the pipe.
Large graphical display on the laser and the remote control, which makes it easy to use and adjust.
Advanced functions make setting up and using it easy and accurate:
Line-Set/Check – allows the user to align the laser to the manhole quickly and easily to set direction.
The beam will go up to 100% allowing easy alignment even in short trenches
Line Scan – provides a quick alignment to the center of the target for the second day setup
Line Alert- notifies the user if the set-up is disturbed eliminating costly re-work from errors
1230 large invert plate:
Metal plate that helps you center the laser in the pipe.
Adjustable legs that can fit pipes with diameters from 200 mm (8 in) to 600 mm (24 in).
Built-in target holder for the 956 target
1239 vertical pole:
Telescopic pole that allows you to mount the laser above the ground for “over-the-top” setups.
5/8 x 11 horizontal thread for attaching the laser, and a pointed tip for securing the pole in the ground
Can extend from 1.2 m (4 ft) to 2.4 m (8 ft)
RC803 IR/Radio Remote Control:
Helps you to control the pipe laser from a distance.
Works via radio or infrared for both “over-the-top” and in-pipe setups.
Graphical display that shows the same information as the pipe laser

SF803 Spot Finder:
Helps you align the laser beam over long distances.

Unique automatic functions that make the DG813 the smartest pipe laser in the industry:
Spot Align – automatically aligns the DG813 to the center of the Spot Finder in the pipe or to
the direction of the manhole when used in a deep, short trench or “”Over the Top”” set up.
Spot Match – a great tool for checking that pipe has been installed to the correct grade or for
finding the grade of existing pipe work. Can also be used to calculate the grade between manholes.
SpotLok – can be used to easily establish a steep slope reference or to lock the beam in a desired position
for applications such as solar farms where the beam could be subject to drift.
Spot Search – can be used to manually locate the beam over long distances out of the trench
ST805 Signal Transporter:
Enhances the communication between the laser and the remote control or spot finder.
Receive and transmit radio or infrared signals over a range of up to 120 m (400 ft).
Ideal for working in high-vibration or wet conditions where the signals may be disturbed
956 Target:
Helps you locate the laser beam in the pipe.
Has two target plates: one with a small hole for precise alignment,
and one with a larger hole for rough alignment.
Has magnets on the back for attaching it to metal surfaces.
NiMH Battery Pack and Charger:
Can help you to power the pipe laser for up to 40 hours
