The Noggin SmartChariot is a configuration of the Noggin ground penetrating radar (GPR)
system that allows a vehicle to tow the GPR sensor across a surface to collect data.
The SmartChariot has a wheel odometer to trigger data acquisition and a mount for a GPS receiver
