The Leica LMR-240 Machine Control Receiver offers the convenience of a machine-mounted
display at an economical price. By providing accurate grade control and information
for all visual machine control applications and having a 240-degree detection of any rotating laser,
the LMR240 is the ideal device for use with backhoes and mini-excavators.
This Leica machine control receiver features LED indicators that show the position of cutting
edge in relation to the laser reference beam. The memory storage feature allows storing of
the last signal received and arrows indicate which way to move the bucket to pick up the laser beam again.
It also features three setting choices, 650 feet operating radius, and ¼-inch fine and 1.2-inch coarse accuracy.
The LMR-240 includes a quick release magnet mount allows quick mounting and easy movement
from machine to machine. This mount has an extra-strong attachment to firmly hold the Leica
receiver while being used. The Leica LMR-240 has a very rugged build which is also waterproof
and is rated IP67 for protection. With three AA batteries,
it can operate up to 130 hours, and has an automatic shutoff feature.
